Parking Notification Service

Boston drivers can now register for parking ticket notifications that will help them save time and money when dealing with parking tickets.

"Drivers consistently tell us that they simply forget to pay their tickets on time.  Ticket Alerts will ease this financial burden on drivers as well as allow the Office of the Parking Clerk to reduce the administrative effort necessary to complete a long term collection process."

  • after a mail-in payment is applied
  • about upcoming hearings
  • before you become boot eligible
  • before tickets are eligible for non-renewal

In order to create an account, you must have one unpaid parking ticket issued by the City of Boston.

To complete the registration process, please have the following items handy:

  1. Vehicle Registration (or Plate number, type and Date of Birth of Registrant)
  2. Resident Parking Permit Number (if applicable)
  3. Ticket number and date of your most recent parking ticket.
